Josh and his team were amazing to work with. They made sure that we got the best product, and completed our house in a timely manner. We absolutely loved working with them from the beginning to the end. They are the best builders in the area we could ever ask for. When I walked throughout the process of my house, I could tell they work hard to make sure their clients are well cared for and their level of professionalism was phenomenal. There are many builders who can build a house, but not every house is built with quality and pride…and Posthuma Homes is that builder! Josh made the process easy, and took time to discuss and take care of any issues and concerns that came about in a timely manner. He was also very flexible in helping us get exactly what we wanted in our budget.

The process of building our first home was totally new to us, and that was where Brooke came in and was so awesome. She was a much needed bridge between us and the different contractors and vendors. She was very helpful at meetings with vendors, providing her input and knowledge when it was much needed. She was so patient with us at the end, especially when it was getting stressful!

We could not have asked for a better builder through this journey. Our house is absolutely beautiful and we love it!

I recently had my new home built and completed by Posthuma Homes. I wish I could give Josh Posthuma and his entire crew more than a 5 star rating because of their genuine care and excellence in building. I was recently widowed and am 62 years old, never thought I would build my beautiful forever home but am glad I did. I was taken care of by all the workers with 100% respect with them going the extra step to make sure I understood how to operate everything and answer any questions I had. I could not have done this without the help and guidance of Brooke Miller who guided me through picking everything out for my home. She is an amazing asset to Posthuma Homes. The lead foreman Dan did so many extra things to help me out and still does even though I am living in my home--he knows his job perfectly and I am glad to have worked with him. The electricians (Justin & Ryan) plumber (Jerrod) carpenters (Titus & Dan) were all top notch and made this experience easier, and less stressful with their skills. I would 100% build with Josh before any other company because of his kindness, care for his work and fairness--a wonderful man to work with.
