This is a great thrift store for finding tools, furniture, and building supplies. They always have a large selection of couches, chairs, tables, beds, toilets, doors, and paint. There are also sections for appliances, flooring, and told that are usually fairly well stocked. Occasionally they have miscellaneous items like exercise equipment and kitchen tools.

They don't sell clothing or children's toys.

One of the best things about this store is that they have a return policy so you can bring your own back (with receipt & price tag) if it doesn't work or fit.

The ReStore is a awesome place to go to. We went to the ReStore for a new mailbox painted blue & red. I got the lettering & numbers for our mail box to put on it so we could put our mail box up to be able to start getting our mail at our new address at our property we bought.

The worst pricing out of any of the restores outside of the Vancouver location. Not a fan of this location.

I purchased the wrong air filter a week plus ago and I took the old one back but was unable to exchange for the correct size. I will never purchase there at that location AGAIN.

I love this place, the deals, and where the money goes to help those in need. Pricing depends on who they have fou the pricing. Usually the deals are phenomenal. Everything from used furniture and appliances, to brand new cookware and dinner ware. Paint, plumbing fixtures, doors, carpet, time, hardwood flooring, ductless mini heat pumps, door hardware, tools, artwork, lighting, and who knows what might be available from week to week, day to day because they depend on individual and business donations. Don't think a good deal that interests you will be there tomorrow, buy it while you can or forever hold your peace - good deals most likely won't be there tomorrow due to aggressive daily consecutive mark down policy. Learn to spit the discount price tag colors that get you 25, 50 and even 75% off the marked price. Customer loyalty 1 point per dollar spent earns you free or reduced prices on subsequent purchases. 501 (c)(3) business that supports housing projects for low income and disadvantaged populations. You can volunteer time here or on special projects. I encouraged you to do so, it is rewarding in many ways. Staff is as always friendly and helpful. In my list of top 100 indispensable businesses

I donate just as much as I shop there! Staff is always super nice. Lots of cool knick knacks. Always stocked with furniture. I'm gonna say it... I do wish furniture prices were a little less. From the eyes of a furniture flipper, most bigger pieces are too much! But, you can't beat paint and stain prices!! All-in-all. I love Portland Restore!!!

They have used furniture. I did not know that. I only went to buy a door. Super inexpensive. New area rugs for $60.

New items daily! Great place if you are looking for some things you need for repairing, remodeling or upkeep for your home. Best prices ever! Sheetrock nails a 1$ a pound! Even got a much needed couch for an elderly neighbor for 15$ on a 70% off sticker. Not to say their cheap, they are just deeply discounted. Its worth checking out especially if your on your way to your local home improvement place because their inventory changes quickly and you never know what you will find. They even have a little bit of home decor, hardware, rolls of linoleum, paints and sealants, roofing material and some unusual and hard to find stuff. The good stuff goes fast. Oh and DOORS and WINDOWS! GREAT PRICES! Still after all these years the Mall 205 Restore has the best prices and I can always find things for my DIY projects there. Every week they have new things and it's really worth it. Four paws up because I can bring my Hazel Woo too!
