Eventually, we were able to do on-site visits, and she was an excellent resource in working through our many questions about schools, areas of town, utility providers, etc. The closing process was seamless. Don't let them hire tyler watts as the inspector,he has no idea Charlton he is doing. Do to his so called inspection I had my house under contract and they scared them away. Don't trust them or there inspectors. I tried to call them to talk with them, they took my first call and then blocked me! Vary unprofessional! They don't care about you or anybody, they just are interested in a fast sale. I lost out on the sale of my house do to there lack of back bone and having good certified inspectors that really know what they are talking about. Don't use porter realty they have 0 integrity!!!!
