A while back, I needed a complete roofing job for my home, which is about 3000 sq. ft. I wasn't sure where to find quality work at a fair price. After getting a few estimates and discussing my needs with some business owners, one company really stood out. The representative I spoke with was down-to-earth, honest, passionate, and clearly knowledgeable about roofing. I made the right choice! Tony and his team arrived at my home ready to work when they said they would. They treated my home like it was one of their own, taking short breaks, cleaning up after themselves, and maintaining a steady pace. Upon completion, I was thoroughly educated on the work that had been done, and I followed his instructions perfectly. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, far exceeding my expectations and priced fairly. Recently, when my mother needed a roof leak repaired, it was an easy decision on who to call. Tony took care of it effortlessly and even left a video for us to watch, explaining the work he had done. Excellent work! Truly the best in the business!

Tony and his team were quick to respond when I requested a quote for a roofing project, unlike several other companies that didn't even answer. It's a challenge to find decent service these days, and exceptional service is even harder to come by. However, I need to tell you about our experience with Tony from Porter Family Roofing & Construction. Like many of you, we found ourselves in need of a new roof for our home. My husband reached out to various contacts, and Tony was one of them. He dropped by, provided us with an estimate, and thoroughly explained each step of the process. We decided to hire him, and he exceeded our expectations at every turn. Tony worked efficiently with our insurance company. He arrived early, before the roofing team, and stayed throughout the entire process to ensure everything was done correctly. Despite the blistering 100-degree Mercer Island weather, Tony maintained a cheerful demeanor, was always polite, and showed an eagerness to provide the best service possible. After the roofing team finished, Tony stayed behind to meticulously clean up. He picked up every stray nail and other debris left around our property. To prevent any roofing materials from falling into our pool, they covered it for protection. Tony even organized for the gutter installers to return later to reinstall our gutter guards. He then paid us another visit to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. I want to express my appreciation to Tony for elevating customer service to a whole new level. One day, as I was checking my mail, I noticed a solitary shingle lying in my yard. When I spotted the gap in my roof where it had come from, I immediately reached out to Tony for a no-cost roof inspection and a quote for the necessary repairs. Tony promptly addressed the issue and suggested I contact my insurance company as there seemed to be hail damage. To my untrained eye, the roof appeared perfectly fine, but trusting in Tony's extensive experience in the industry, I followed his advice. Within a week, the insurance company confirmed the hail damage Tony had identified and approved a claim for a full roof replacement. Tony and his team, including Jayden and Maddox, were quick to respond again, replacing my roof and ensuring the work complied with the current building codes. I spotted a wet area on an interior wall during a rainstorm. I called a roofing service the next morning and talked with Tony. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and he was able to come to my house at 12:30 that day! Tony was very detailed, super professional, and inspected my roof thoroughly. He discovered a nickel-sized hole that went all the way through the shingle. Tony fixed that hole along with a few other small spots on my roof, and he even went into the attic to check for any additional water damage. I can’t recommend this service enough! It was a fantastic experience!

This roofing crew is truly a well-oiled machine. The 8-member team, led by Nicolas, arrived bright and early at 7 AM and completed the roofing of my new 3900 sq ft house on Mercer Island by 2 PM. It was impressive to see their efficiency and teamwork in action, expertly installing the drip edge, ice and water barrier, and then the Timberline HDZ shingles with ridge vent - all while working 20 feet above ground! Nicolas did a fantastic job of communicating and managing the entire operation. His advice was sound and honest, and he ensured everything stayed on track. The quality of the work was top-notch, with each shingle secured with 6 nails. The end result is a great-looking roof! I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I would like to express my gratitude to Nicolas for the exceptional work his roofing team put into my home! The team worked diligently and continuously, ensuring all leftover debris was cleared away, leaving me with nothing to clean up! They even took the extra step of using magnetic rollers around a 6 to 8 ft. radius from my home to collect any nails that might have been overlooked during the shingle removal! Gavin, the team leader, was excellent to collaborate with as he consistently kept me updated on their progress!
