Incredible, over the top customer service. We recently purchased a new but never used spa and the dealer who initially sold it has been very hard to deal with. The people at Pool Masters went above and beyond to help us find the parts and distributor we needed while the other guy wouldn't return a call. Their kindness in a situation where they don't have any immediate gain was truly appreciated and I am sure it is telling of what they are like when dealing with a spa or pool sale. This store has really had a TERRIFIC renovation! The salesfloor looks HUGE now. The staff is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable of the products. Owners Debbie and her husband, Jim really run a great business! A Fantastic place to go for all of your pool & spa needs!! 😊💜
