An all “express” home DR Horton subdivision very close to major roadways. Very Few amenities but they do have a playground and nice aesthetics to the homes. Great incentives if you time it right, and Gold fortified construction will be a huge savings on your insurance making these some of the most affordable home options currently available in Baldwin County

It appeared to be the deal of a lifetime!! These homes are built with substandard materials, and after 4 months of living here it shows! They hire people who have little to no experience to build these homes and will literally rig something if you call for a repair. After spending almost $290,000 for a brand new home we thought repairs would be the least of our worries! They look really nice on the surface, but will they be able to stand in 5-10 years is the question. I now see why they have so many lawsuits.

You would think after spending 270000 dollars on a home they would fix the things that are wrong and under warranty!
