Laws don't apply to government workers. Stop signs don't apply at the end of the day as many of them blow through. Who ever drives the old red dodge truck will pass on a double yellow, no signal then if you hit your horn they will attempt to brake check.

These people are very disgraceful" Kate from the behavioral health intake office filed a false police report on me as a favor to the sheriff deputies that she was sleeping with. She told him that I wanted to kidnap her or that I tried to kidnap her. The sheriff's department refused to press charges on her for making the false report, there were cameras and witnesses. They took no statements and did nothing. The worst thing is I got a hold of the head of the behavioral health department who admitted they gave my records. Health records to the sheriff's department, which is against the Hipaa policy provided to behavioral health place video and recorded evidence that Kate lied. I was charged with a crime and had to beat it in court. Nobody has done anything to them about it. They have had no accountability so now I am forced to sue the county and make the taxpayers pay For their poor behavior, blatant disrespect for peoples human rights and their evilness that they act out on other people. I recommend you stay away from this place if you need help with anything go to independent place anyway I think everybody already knows how dirty our sheriff is and her county administrator's office , they’re just a bunch of good old boy club people who have been stopping our country from prospering once more they do absolutely nothing to help anybody in the right way. And if you have a complaint about something that’s legitimate they will not do anything about it they’ll promote the people Should not be tolerated. We need people to start running in this county so all these people don’t get in office on a post. Our behavioral health place is horrible and the people that work there are horrible, especially the counselors. If it's an issue between a woman and a man you’re gonna get your rights violated and they will try to find a way to get at you. Strongly recommend you buy a body cam because they’ll fight you tooth and nail over getting their videos and records to this day i have not received my records

If corruption is your game, then you've come to the right place. If you prefer justice and righteousness, I'd advise staying away from Polk County, and their inept "officers." The one positive I've obtained, is I learned what the phrase "power trip" means due to this sad excuse of a justice system.
