Absolutely amazing!!! Moved into a rental home and Alex Sandoval from the very beginning has been outstanding with his open communication and frequent contact. The initial meeting was smooth and I felt very comfortable. It is nerve racking when dealing with any type of rental or property management and this is the one to go to in Hanford and any local towns they cover. You will be valued, treated kindly, have a very user friendly app after the move in. The thoroughness is appreciated and so is Point Guard Realty. Specifically, Alex!!!!!

Alex has been a great help. I would highly recommend him for any of your realty and property management needs. Such a breath of fresh air how he is always on top of our needs. He values his clients as well as his tenants. When ever it’s time to purchase I will definitely be going through Alex. I all but gave up on looking for a house in the area until I receive a call shortly after we solicited info about the house we are now living in. I've never met Mr.Alex S. In person just over the phone but something about him made me feel like I have known him for ever. Very appreciative for the amount of effort that Alex put in for my family and I right from the get go. I’ve heard in the past, that getting approved and the whole process for renting a home can be quite daunting for potential renters. It was definitely not that with Alex leading the way for us. He found homes for us that he thought would fit our needs, walked us through entire process and answered any questions we had promptly. When it comes to property managers Alex is "Top Shelf" in my book! He has an extensive amount of knowledge about property and its surrounding areas. By far the most professional of agents I've ever encountered! Honesty, Diligence, Intelligence, Respectfulness, and a great personality is what you will find. Alex Sandoval is not only a great agent but an honest person with a high moral compass. Mr Sandoval helped me get into my rental and because of his character I intend on contacting him in the near future when buying a home for my family. I have rated this pleasant experience with Alex a 5 STAR but only because a six was not an option!!!
