-20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! TLDR: Short-minded "engineers" who have zero interest in actually improving lives.
These guys are crooks who are in bed with OTA and ODOT, and tbh probably the senators/governor too. Serious conflict of interest considering half of y'all use to work for either organization and now get your pockets lined with their non-voted on billion dollar schemes. They don't do their due diligence when it comes to projects, they collect money first and after doing little, to no, actual research, they poison water/wildlife, destroy homes/natural phenomena, and in general be unkind human beings to their fellow beings. An environmental study that is supposed to take at minimum 2 years to complete hasn't even been started, but you guys via ODOT have already been secretly buying up properties for the past year and not filing the deeds, so no one would find out. You have no clue how many homes you're taking nor how many people you're displacing. You literally can't answer one question honestly or appropriately about anything related to your so-called well thought out design. You state you're looking 30 years in the future, pretty hard when you can't see past your Pinocchio nose with all the lies!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Anyone with half a brain or any logic can CLEARLY see the conflict of interest here! For those of us who take the time to actually research what is going on; this is absurdly OBVIOUS! Man, even with all our world has been thru and are currently going through it’s clear that money is still more important than human lives or the greater good! LIARS! LIARS! LIARS! 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
