PMP Management (in particular Alison and Luis) were excellent in managing a Brentwood HOA of 66 units. Alison brought organization and structure to a previously inefficiently managed property. Key financial metrics and recommendations were presented to the Board to assist in stabilizing budgetary items. And I'd like to point out for our HOA roofing project excellent roofing material suggestions were made along with vendors/contractors who were certified for the products and job.

We had the pleasure of working with Alison and Luis at PMP management. We are the vendor at an HOA they manage and i must say that they're very responsive and caring. Both Alison and Luis go above and beyond with care for the building. We work with many management companies and i must say that we don't really see this type of professionalism from many management companies.
