Our COA board switched management companies to PMI Scioto Metro beginning 1/1/2025 and are extremely happy and sataisfied that we made the change. Our property manager, Lisa Alcantara is absolutely great to work with and very team oriented. She is very knowledgeable about managing a multiple building condo community like ours and quick and interested to learn about the "little things" of our community in general. Lisa really stays on top of any issues that arise as well as regular scheduled maintenance. Adrian Birchler and his whole team at PMI Sciot Metro has also made changeover from our previous management company go extremely smooth. From the initial search, to Q&A meetings and throughout the transfer Adrian has also stayed in constant communication to make sure everything is running smooth. All of PMI Scioto Metro is very team oriented and very good at communicating with both residents and our COA board. Having the "local hometown touch" is very reassuring to all of our owners and the COA board.

We switched management companies one year ago, and Stacey Menefee joined shortly after as our community manager. This period was very stressful for the new Board of Directors, but with Stacey’s calming words, we managed to navigate through the challenges, and her reassurances proved to be true. Stacey’s easygoing personality and her knowledge of the management side of the process have had a positive impact on the Board and the community. She addresses community concerns and responds to emails promptly. We have just completed the budget for 2025, and both the Board and Stacey were very close to the figures required to operate for the coming year. She is a self-starter and an asset to the PMI Team.

Our HOA opted to to switch 3rd party vendors in 2023 & chose to go with PMI Scioto Metro. Stacey Menefee is our manager & does an efficient job at answering our questions & aiding in the existence of our HOA. I'm a lender with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and occasionlly need to interact with condo management firms. Some are helpful, some are not so. In the case of PMI Scioto Metro, I'd say they are on the "high" end of helpful. Working with Customer Service Representative Adrian Birchler has been refreshing with the level of responsiveness and assistance offered. Great job Adrian!

The company has been managing our condo company for about eighteen months. The community manager Lisa we are assigned is very responsive including emergency services. She assisted one of our owners to help with a flood in spite of it being an owner issue.
