Raised rates 200% in the last two years without communicating with homeowners, blaming the increase on a flooding issue they neglected entirely for months and took another several months to have repaired. There was a project started months ago to “fix” patios and they’re still not done, nor will they respond to inquiries regarding the completion. The grass is dead and it’s not even summer yet. We haven’t seen the sprinklers come on more than once. They had the wobbling front railing “fixed” and it’s not even put together correctly… Door frames were repainted and the painter couldn’t be bother to do two coats to make it look nice or even remove the tape. They do not follow up on regular property maintenance to the point where we’re experiencing borderline property neglect and they don’t seem to have any concerns to provide quality services for basic upkeep. It’s really unfortunate that there’s such little regard for professionalism when it comes to communication and consideration for homeowners. They can’t respond to emails or pick up the phone, but you’ll receive notice about a work order with zero follow up on or clarification. Good customer service really isn’t hard to achieve, but for PMI, it truly appears to be a harrowing challenge.

We work with several property management companies and Ryan Laird at PMI Denver Metro is by far the best we have ever worked with; he was responsive and able to provide direct answers without us having to wait days for a response. If you are looking for a top-notch property manager, he is your guy!

Ryan Laird with PMI is wonderful! In an industry (HOA Management) that does not always promote customer service, Ryan is a true breath of fresh air! Fast response time, kind service and super helpful! Keep it up Ryan-you are awesome!

Sent email and owner has sent requests through portal. No response to get things fixed in bathroom. I would never use these people if it was up to me.

This company does not know how to advise our board. They just planted 8 plants in a five-by-five foot area. 2 Evergreen bushes (that get very large) a Burning Bush (that gets very large), 3 dark grasses and 2 light green grasses. Ridiculous. We have so many plants that are dying at this property and they plant 8 in a little tiny area! ONE bush would have been sufficient in this tiny area!

After a Homeowner meeting last week, our board decided to drop PMI has our property management. We tired all year to work with Paul, Ryan and Kerrie, but their customer service is not good. Along with trying to get our property cleaned up and many problems trying to get things fixed. At the meeting, many homeowners felt Ryan was avoiding talking with them about all the issues. I don’t think they introduced themselves or the board to the homeowners. Now the new property manager that will be taking over in January seems like PMI will not get in touch with them to start the transferring. Hopefully , we will have better luck and better customer service with the new HOA management company.

Keri Bridges is fantastic at addressing clients needs with speed and efficiency. She is a strong level headed leader, always getting the job done no matter how great thev task. Most importantly she is pleasant and professional in handling crisis situations and finding the solution. Her public relations skills are impeccable, dealing with diverse populations with ease.

We needed perimeter fence maintenance done on our fence and per our bylaws we contacted our HOA through PMI to get a work order started. Kerri Bridges ran with the ball and sent over Erich and Keandre to get started on the work. They did an excellent job power washing the old stain off of the fence. Or maybe I should say Keandre did because Erich kept disappearing. Understandingly they had to let the fence dry out overnight so they said they would come back the next day in the afternoon. That never happened. No call, no show, no text, no nothing. So the second day I tried leaving a text message to Kerri but got no response so I tried calling Erich and got a full voice mailbox message. He did however call me back and I asked him what was going on. He apologized and said they would come out the next day. Bright and early the next morning Keandre arrived and so did another guy who never introduced himself to me. They got to work. Next thing I know Keandre was left to finish the job on his own again! Other guy just disappeared! I have to say though that Keandre did an awesome job with both the power washing and refinishing of our fence! He was friendly, polite and professional and I would definitely recommend him and use him again for future projects. Really was hoping to give 5 stars on this project but with the poor communication and the coming and going of the workers other than Keandre I can only give 4. I give Keandre 10 stars personally, fence looks great!
