Bruce and Stephen did a fantastic job managing my property. They found great tenants and took care of every issue that needed to be handled. When I decided to sell my property early this year, they quickly readied the condo for showing after the tenants moved out. I highly recommend PMI for all your property management needs!

This company has discriminated against small business owners and retirees, for the only proof of income they are willing to verify is last years taxes. As any small business owner knows, last year's taxes will not reflect the current income. They refuse to also take retirees, for their income and investments are not sufficient to them, even with last years taxes. I have filed a discrimination complaint with HUD because of their "Checklist standards." They also will try to record your phone conversations without notification, which we have informed our attorney in regards. Highly recommend not to try to do business with this company if you are retired or if you are a small business owner, for they will take your application fee, and not rent to you.

I utilized Bruce to find a renter for a very nice, high end town home in Longmont that needed some "freshening up" work. Bruce could not have been better!! He took care of the large and small things associated with getting the work done as well as many other smaller things the came up along the way He took and updated pictures of the place, placed adds all over the internet and showed the place at the convenience of quite a few prospects. He took care of all screening, paperwork and move in inspections in a professional and detail oriented fashion. I could not have asked for a better partner.

He will be my go to guy going forward.

Bruce was very unprofessional and unwilling to help me he informed me the the place I was interested in was rented and before I could even ask if there was anything else within our range for rent he hung up on me no goodbye no I'm sorry let me see if there is anything else out there. Nothing will never use them again.
