The plaza office is very responsive and resolves issues promptly. I wish, however, that their buildings were renovated because the building I lived in was in very poor condition with more pests than other nyc buildings I've lived in. A newly renovated building managed by Plaza would be the dream

Do not ever move to Parkhill city Sanny & Mark are crocks literally criminals they rob steal lie everything you can think of especially Mark! He is the most vile inhuman individual you will ever meet in your life, he think he is god, yells at tenants, stops work orders, shuts off your key fob so you can’t get to your apartment, tells the doorman not to let you up to your apartment, tows people’s cars for unpaid rent when the garage parking is a different entity as it is not affiliated with your rent and you pay a whole deposit and different lease on that. They fix nothing in the building they let it run down and raises rent over 20% for lease renewal which is illegal by the way. Do NOT MOVe HERE !!!!!!!

I read negative reviews and assumed those were just that. I could not have imagined how bad dealing with Plaza Management would be. In 3 months of living in a Property Management unit i have had more issues than in my entire 10 years of renting in NYC - heat out for a cumulative week in the middle of winter, hot water out for days (breach of the warranty of habitability in NYC), packages stolen with unauthorized people walking into building, and other issues. Landlord is unresponsive, offers laughable compensation and does not even follow through on that. Their agent Karen Goffer will try to sell you at any cost, but do not move to 365 union avenue.

I wish I could rate this company in the negatives.

Despite the freezing temperatures, the heating system consistently fails, leaving tenants in discomfort. Numerous complaints have been met with nothing more than temporary fixes, showcasing a blatant disregard for tenant well-being.

Anyone considering renting from this company should be warned not only of the managements indifference to resolving the various issues here, but the overall lack of professionalism they have.

I’d advise you all to look elsewhere.

One of my worst experiences with an office staff. Lived in the building for 3 years, took them 1 year to fix a cabinet and no response. They could aggressively call me and ask for the owners to come look at my apartment for a "bank valuation" with 30 min notice. If I didnt respond immediately to an email they follow up the next day but no care if you need something from them.

As a new tenant of two months, I have to admit I absolutely love living at Park Hill City. the staff is very professional and on top of their job. Getting back from work after a long day, you can always expect to be greeted with a warm welcome from the security desk.
My commute to midtown is only a fifteen minute train ride compare to the two and a half commute from Long Island. I joke to my children that my life expectancy is greater than expected because I enjoy more sleep. lol
Not to forget that everything is at walking distance. I am absolutely enjoying my new city life!
The units are gorgeous and the building have all the amenities one will ever need.

I would like to say that it has been an absolute pleasure working with Rivka and others in this management. Response time was amazing, tenants very, very happy and so was I. I am also glad to comment on great work ethics of people and look for the same in return. I love the mutual respect that this management has. Work ethics are on point and the conceirge muahhhhhhh.
