We hired Platinum Renovations to tear out & raise a low kitchen ceiling but it turned into much more! They did the ceiling, removed kitchen cabinets, reinstalled another set of used cabinets I'd found (and most importantly made them fit!), added tons of new ceiling lights, cut out the upper cabinet center panels so I could add glass, etc, etc, etc! WOW! We were beyond delighted with their work and I love my new kitchen! Their cabinet guy (Dave) is a magician! He had a great idea about where to install our under counter microwave and totally rebuilt the cabinet to fit the microwave! He did the same for the farmhouse sink cabinet! We could not be more pleased with Joe & his crew at Platinum!

They were doing construction renovating the apartment next door. Crew was laughing, talking, hammering, using an electric saw, and having no regard for noise past 10pm. The manager on site kept saying they were "almost done" for over 2 hours with no compassion or care for fact that people live there and it was well past the apartment complex's quiet time and the hours we were told construction would be happening.

I hired Josef Janeba to do some work for me. I paid for the work in advance. Joe kept postponing the job and postponing and postponing. After months (almost a year) of him pushing the job back, I finally lost my temper and demanded that he do the work that I paid him to do. At that point, he refused to do the work and also refused to return the money that I'd paid him. In the end I lost out on that money, had to hire someone else to do the job that Joe was paid to do, and lost almost a year due to Joe's delays. Extremely unprofessional.
