Highly recommend. As a business owner appreciate how helpful Tim at Platinum and Jack at Midwest Storage were. Helped coordinate mult units with different move-in dates. Wanted units together but one in the grouping had a flaw and they were very up-front about it. Flaw is minor, for us is not an issue so took the unit, but the honesty was appreciated. Units are very clean. Someone always answers the phone.

Watch these people. They'll charge you for things leftover from other tenants because "they didn't check" and they "don't have proof of that" They'll try to play you in domestic abuse situations. The parking areas always and ice rink in the winter with plowing maybe twice in the winter. Maintenance caused damage that we are being held responsible for. Never even met anyone from there, no one told us where laundry was or anything that was remotely helpful. Communication in that office is severely lacking. They seem to be all about the money, no care for tenants.

DO NOT APPLY TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I sent in an application to an apartment they had on their website then called a few days later to check the status. They told me the apartment was rented out 2 weeks before we applied for it on their website and would not refund the application fees for me and my fiance.

That are pretty rude, charge you for random stuff, and just straight up don't care. You do the showings yourself and can't go into there nice shiny office building. Rent can only be paid online and there is a fee. Horrible place. Glad we passed on this one.

Do not rent from them. I lived in 436 Thayer St. Rhinelander They are a terrible management company. They do not do anything around the property and keep your security deposits for lame excuses. Like patching and painting when the apartment hasn't been painted in 7 years. They do nothing to make the property look good. Good thing I became a homeowner.
