I continually recommend Nikki to anyone I know who is looking for a home. Not only is Nikki professional, but she is reliable, has excellent communication, is very knowledgeable of her profession, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. We had a shorter time period to search for a home and Nikki went out with us day after day and never denied our requests regardless of how many houses we wanted to see or the distance she had to travel. I have dealt with a lot of realtors in my life and Nikki tops them all! To add icing on the cake, Nikki is a strong believer in Christ which takes her level of professionalism and commitment to another level. My wife and I was interested in purchasing a house in the Orlando area so we garnered the service of Platinum Key Realty to help us find one. Nikki with her polite and courteous mannerism was extremely helpful throughout the ordeal. Her wide knowledge of the industry was evident in every area of the process.
I don’t if we were lucky or what, but from start to finish it took us 3 months to complete the deal. . We communicated our desire with Nikki in August and we were able to move into our new house by the first week of November. Awesome!!
Whenever I’m ready to buy my next house I’ll definitely be asking Nikki to assist us again

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Nikki was very professional as well as personal. My stress level was so high and all Nikki would say is calm down, I got this Ms Coburn. She is an excellent support system. Nikki Songie, the Owner of this establishment is absolutely wonderful to work with. We utilized her service in the purchase of our dream home in 2020/21. She made it her personal. She would check up on the progress with the builders, go to the building site and kept us informed. My husband and I were extremely happy with the service and care we received.
