Alex & Dimi have done several projects for me, most recently exterior painting and interior dry wall repair after water damage from a leaky pipe. Alex’s estimates are straight up and fair, and his employees get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The new kitchen ceiling looks great and the exterior paint job was thorough, with lots of care taken to protect spots vulnerable to weather. Alex is my go-to contractor now and I expect to use him for more projects in the future.

We were NOT disappointed!

We went with their suggestion of a subtle two-tone paint scheme for our walls, and interior doors refreshed with color and new hardware. Refinished oak floors, installation of new kitchen entry way door, and new door installed to our recently remodeled bathroom rounded out all of what we wanted done with this project.

Everything was done to our approval and satisfaction.

Pioneer's project craftsmen were professional, friendly, and efficient. They did all the work, and follow-up detailing to our satisfaction.

Thank you for Alex and Eddie with their hardworking staff.
Guys are professionally trained by Trex and Timber Tech. We took the risk by combining those two brands of composite materials (recommended by Alex and Eddie) and it turned out very nicely. Especially Trex railings with lights on each post and steps. Guys also have all different options to design your deck with different colors and warranties of decking and railings. Overall very happy with our new addition of 1,200 sqf new patio.

Who tackles new window installation in the middle of November? Alex and Eddie of Pioneer Construction! From the moment I met with them to discuss the project, I became part of the family.
