Travis and crew came out to my house at the drop of a dime, thawed my well out and help me set new well pump. Probably the most professional, fair, and honest company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend this company to everyone. What also speaks volumes is I’ve never written a review, good or bad, in my life until now. Great job gentleman!

Great overall experience. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly crew. We contacted these guys before we even purchased the land. They came out to evaluate the property and had us a quote within a matter of days. Great pricing and even better work. They excavated our lot, installed a septic system, drilled a well and built our home site. I would recommend them for any of their services.

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Pioneer Peak Industries, especially Travis. I had a well drilled at one of my rental properties in Palmer, and the speed and efficiency in which the work was completed was a huge relief. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I don't know if we were just too small a job for them or what but on a call back we had to insist that they stay and finish the job instead of leaving with it unfinished and they'd come back "whenever" because they were going to a remote job of some sort. And on top of that the attitude seemed to be that they didn't need to do a complete or well done job because they had plenty of business elsewhere and we didn't matter.
