I recently noticed some soffit sagging around the roof over my garage, and had some concerns about what was going on. I called on Saturday afternoon, and they were able to come meet me within a couple of hours, which I was not expecting.

We asked Pinnacle Associates to fix a roof leak. Mike meticulously investigated and documented the source to be a defective furnace flue. He replaced the flue as well as the shingles damaged when another company placed temporary tarps over the areas in question. The job was completed within 48 hours of my original call. Mike is thorough, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will use Pinnacle for any issues in the future.
