The support I receive with my tenant and home has been exceptional. I came to pinnacle from another property manager with a lot of unanswered questions-I was reassured immediately at the confidence and organisation I received from that first call. Since then they have helped me navigate finding new tenants, organizing updates, and discussing HOA requests. In all things I have complete confidence that the issues are being managed expertly and with respect to the tenant. I am very glad to have found them to care for my property and the tenants.

Karen helped us fix-up and sell a condo while we were out of state. I don't easily let go of things but with Karen I just believed I could trust her to do the best for us and she did! She would bring multiple options for materials, quotes for repairs, get things done quickly(even during the pandemic) while being budget-friendly. Always kept me in the loop and helped me make informed decisions. Terrific with negotiations with buyer's agent. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Karen via Google search and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate services.

We met Karen and her team when we were faced with a very quick out of state move and little time to fix up our condo for rental or sale. Her colleague Gregg basically took over while we concentrated on our move utilizing Pinnacle's amazing network of contractors, photographers and listing professionals. Our condo sold on a time frame that we didn't think would have been possible and at our asking price. I highly recommend their services! We found them via reading Google reviews ourselves and the good feedback here is well justified.

We simply cannot recommend Karen at Pinnacle Real Estate highly enough! She is the real deal, an absolute pro. We had an extremely tight frame in which to rent out our Greenwich home before we relocated to Europe, and Karen moved at the speed of light. She handled a variety of difficult situations with aplomb. Her responsiveness and problem solving capabilities are exceptional and basically saved our sanity during a really stressful time. And she did it all with a sense of humor! We feel so lucky we found her to handle the renting and ongoing management of our home. I'd give more stars if possible.

Karen has passion for real estate. You can tell by her attitude towards it, as well as her natural ability to guide you when deciding on a house to buy. Thanks to this lady, my fiance and i were able to find a home we really really loved! It was truly a dream come true as we didnt expect to get such a beautiful home. It was a please working with her. She is quick with emails and knows how to break the whole process to you. Which is very important if this stuff is new to you. I highly recommend her!
