Amazing, proactive partnership. Nate Ellis was the most proficient and professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Took direct control of our project, always kept us in the loop about next steps, what to expect from a scheduling and billing perspective and had the most professional and excellent team we could’ve asked for. I had to unfortunately replace my roof due to a hail storm in June. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to find Jesse with Pinnacle Home Exteriors. Jesse was thorough and made this a stress free experience. Communication was top notch keeping us up to date on the project from start to finish. Pinnacle is the BEST. Nate is easy to work with. Shows up ANY time we needed or had questions! He got our insurance to give exactly what we needed and took care of all the details for us. His work team is respectful and great at what they do!! We’ve had 4 hail damage roof/gutter/paint/siding jobs over the past 25 years with 3 other companies. They were nothing as great as this group! We will definitely call Nate if we ever have to do this again. We highly recommend Pinnacle!!

Pinnacle is the best. We chose them to replace our roof because of their knowledge and experience and it paid off BIG time. We filed a claim for hail damage on our roof and our insurance straight out denied the claim (although every house around was getting new roofs for the same storm). The damage to our wood roof was very obvious and extensive and we were extremely frustrated with the insurance companies decision. Pinnacle had an engineer do a private inspection and refute the claim, which resulted in the claim decision being reversed and us getting an entirely new roof. The crew who replaced it was fast and professional and the end product looks great. I would highly recommend Pinnacle.

We had a great experience with Pinnacle Home Exteriors. It was easy to make an appointment online and Nate came to assess the damage by himself first and then made sure to be present when the insurance adjuster did their assessment. Nate also communicated directly with the insurance and was a great asset throughout the process to advocate for the necessary repairs. He communicated clearly with us throughout the process. Pinnacle Home Exteriors were committed to following through on the project and made sure all tasks were completed in a professional manner.

We had an excellent experience with Pinnacle. From start to finish. Nate and his team were consummate professionals and were available to answer any questions we had about the process, to include a detailed review of the invoice. The roof replacement was done quickly and the crew cleaned up the area well and made sure we were able to get in and out of the house when needed.
