Sounds corny but it is true- When you deal with Phil and Sue , you are treated like family, probably better in many ways! They are very patient and was always so kind in making all our decisions! I doubt there are many that are genial and just plain nice! We will always be so thankful that Sue and Phil was there for us when we needed them most! They will guide you through every step and make an overwhelming process stress-free! Our family would highly recommend anyone to consider Phil Ridinger home builders! We feel after the process we will always be friends!

I contacted them for a quote on a custom home I wanted built on my family farm in Athens, Al. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very rude and unprofessional. After being hung up on, I called back and got someone who said he was Phil. This guy was coarse, rude, and unprofessional as well. NEVER have I been spoken to like that by someone who I was trying to take my business to. I then found Rachel Brown Builders and they have been wonderful!!! If you want quality workmanship and people who are there to make your dream home come true, call Rachel Brown Builders NOT Phil Ridinger Home Builders.
