We have had 2 experiences with this company and both times were great! The office staff are always willing to help and positive. The owner is top notch, he wants to make sure his customers are happy a d taken care of. Will definitely be using them again!!!

My first call to Phenix Paving was answered by Jamie Williams. She was very pleasant and was, at that time, in my area and said that she would come by at a designated time, which she did. Jamie’s initial greeting at my front door was a friendly one with a smile and a handshake. She introduced herself, explained what she would be doing to obtain information for the estimate and said that she would email same to the email address that she had obtained from me. Just as she said she would do, I received the estimate in a timely manner. We signed the contract after consideration and in a short time arrangements were made to pave our driveway. We like what we observed in the process and we like our driveway. All of the associates involved were very friendly and most respectful. What I also like is that Jamie came back to our home to follow up to be sure that we are pleased with our driveway. The process was a very positive one.

Phenix Paving & Maintenance is an awesome company! I work at Fedex Ground in Midland, GA. Once we were approved to go ahead and get our parking lot area for our trucks fixed, Phenix Paving & Maintenance was on the job. They came in with their team and fixed the issues in our parking area in an efficient and timely manner. Everything was professional from the time we met until the job was complete. To have the song small town on your Facebook ad. Is a joke. Yes in a small town we have values not empty promises like your company showed I had a scheduled apt for estimate. I been told estimate has will be sent .. I was told it has been sent to my email.. I got 5 of my neighbors to get estimates me being the first.. I was lied to misled and never have I received the estimate to this date but my neighbor did and she even went and did the other neighbor. I will be telling them not to go with your company she lied to me and would not reply to messages or calls. I HOPE YOU take the song off because your company does not hold values high enough to have it on your ad... Marcia Moody
