I'm extremely happy with the work JR performed on our back yard. He was a professional from start to finish and took great care maneuvering his equipment around fences and sidewalks. I'll echo what others are saying about his skills as an operator - he clearly has a lot of experience. His two day estimate was accurate and the price for excavation and top soil was fair. At the end of the project JR did a nice job of cleaning up. He even dug us a channel at the front of the house so we could replace a previously damaged drain pipe. Working with JR was a good experience - he was polite and communicated well. I definitely recommend Perfection Hauling.

Did a great job removing the 30years of gravel and plastic. Replaced the gravel with mulch, top soil, and a road base patio. Highly recommend. Photos from a year after installation and before.

I wish 6 stars was an option. JR is a wizard with his skid steer. This guy shows up early, finishes on time and is very well priced. If I would have rented a skid steer at home depot, towed it to my house, loaded up all the rubbish and dirt and hauled it off myself it would have cost about 3x the price and about 5x the time. We had an excellent experience with JR of Perfection Hauling and Excavating. Hired him to grade our backyard, add some drainage, remove debris, and add topsoil at our new (old) house in Arvada. JR came up with a good drainage plan on the spot during the estimate. He was easy to work with, reliable, and communicated well. Best of all, his work was top-notch. We solicited two other bids and he beat them both on price, and came sooner than they did.

I didn't take a "before" picture", but wish I had. Place looks completely different, and you can't see the expertly laid-in drainage. He even spread the half-yard of leftover topsoil in our front yard and evened it out. This was not agreed to, he went above and beyond.

I've seen others comment about waiting for him to get back about an estimate - He's a one-man operation and you may need to be a bit flexible on communication as he's his own scheduler, business manager, and worker. I found his communication just fine. Really glad I found JR.

Not only is JR amazing to work with, but his work is professional and top quality. Can't recommend him enough! He came in to dig out and remove dirt/rock from our yard. He went above and beyond in his details - maneuvering around a tree, hand digging out rocks close the to fence, backfilling his tire marks, etc. He asked to walk the space together when he was done so he could make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely going to use his services for anything else we need done on our home.

I called up JR to help with a backyard regrade on a residential home. We needed some concrete demo'd, the backyard completely regraded, and some help getting out old fence posts and prepping for french drains. JR was extremely responsive, extremely professional, and very good at his job. The cherry on top was him stopping me at the end of the day to ensure everything was as I wanted it, and asking if there was anything else he could do for me before he left. Those are simple questions, but they are so refreshing to hear from a contractor. I wouldn't hesitate to work with JR again, or to recommend him to anyone in need of heavy dirt work/demolition. Timely, professional, and the only company in Denver that charged us a fair rate for our project. If you’re looking for someone to haul anything (we had dirt hauled), JR is the guy to call. We called on a Monday, and he showed up the very next day and hauled 3 tons of dirt away for us. He cleaned up amazingly well and even leveled out our back driveway for us.
