Ben and the team at Perfection Builders are amazing. I recommend Perfection Builders with 100% confidence. We are just about to complete a 3 1/2 month remodel of my home. We recently decided to modernize the guest suite on our lower floor. We didn't know what to focus on and how to best utilize our budget. Ben from Perfection Builders suggested that we convert the sitting area into a mini kitchen casual lounge area, completely redo the washroom and leave the existing bedrooms as is with just new paint and flooring. We are ecstatic with our new guest apartment - and our relatives are too!
