Charged me over 100 to fix my horn and it took 6 hrs but that’s not even the worst part…. This is… I had to wait to relieve myself until I got home bc there was no way I was going to use this bathroom

This store in particular store I go to for a reason. They are the best in the local area for communication, readiness, going above and beyond. Rick and William always takes care great care of me and my Chevy Truck.

Went in for an emergent oil problem and was nervous, but the men working were so helpful that I left feeling 95% better. Will and another man with a motorcycle helped me figure out why my car was having issues and we made a plan for me to come back for a more permanent solution later. It’s always anxiety-inducing dealing with mechanical problems as a woman, but I’m not nervous to go back at all. I wish I had gotten the other man’s name, it seemed like he stayed after clocking out to help me since he has newer model of the same car and I really appreciated it as I was a little panicky.

Dropped vehicle off at closing time so unable to verify secure placement of vehicle. Nice advisor was able to wait with customer inside for ride pick up since dark. Communication about repairs clear & concise when customer visited location in person day after drop off. Repairs completed earlier than expected. Hope problem is remedied.
