We couldn’t be more happy with our home!! From beginning to end the process was seamless, and the house is absolutely perfect!! Max and his team went above all expectations, and dealt with a picky/indecisive customer like me with no hesitations at all. They are so easy to work with I couldn’t imagine going with anyone else. We chose custom high end finishes, most of which we had to order by barge, and there were no issues at all. 10 star rating for Max & Ulita’s team!! ?.

Max and his crew at Peninsula Builders LLC worked with us to design and build our custom "forever home". He was extremely responsive and worked well with us every step of the way. We appreciated that he was never too busy to answer our questions or meet with us to talk over a change order. Peninsula Builders broke ground in October of 2018 and we moved into our lovely new home in March 2019. What a joy to have exactly what we wanted. The quality is exceptional and after four years I have absolutely no complaints. We get so many compliments on our home and are pleased to welcome guests with pride! Thank you Max!

Peninsula Builders built our forever home in 2022. Started in March and finished early December. They worked well through material shortages and compensated in our benefit when certain materials were not avaliable. Max was always willing to pick up the phone when I had questions and explained beyond expectations, building a house is very nerve wracking and he really helped ease that feeling with his explanations. The willingness to let us stop in when contractors were here to see the progress and to ask exactly what we wanted before assuming also was a nice breath of relief. Max also has followed up with us multiple times after purchase to make sure everything is going okay, and has fixed or contacted someone to come fix the few things we have decided needed to be looked at.
I was also very thankful for their reasonable pricing, for the house we got I do not feel like we were overcharged! We had been quoted by another company for a similar sized house and it was over $20k more. Our house is not overly custom but Peninsula Builders really did acheive the look we were going for and the few pretty picky things we wanted they delivered!
I would recommend and have recommended Peninsula Builders to anyone looking to build.

When it came time to build a house, my wife and I met with four different builders. Pennisula Builders became the obvious choice after touring one of their recently finished homes and seeing the attention to detail and craftsmanship. They were professional through every step of the process, even though we had some changes to our plans. We were informed up front how much each project and part of the building process would cost and they stuck by that. Other builders in the area will “yes” you and then hit you with a huge bill at the end. We have recommended multiple people use them, and we will be using them for another house this year. If you want a well built house , without the run around, Penninsula builders is the obvious choice.

Very poor quality of work. Rooms not square. Lots of issues with the tape and mudding of drywall. They were supposed to come back after a year to fix it, and what little work they did was of even worse quality. They got mud on the doors which ruined the doors. The rooms are not square. Mud was applied thick to hide the seams and it’s very apparent.
