Pemberton law, wow what can I say about them?I would like to start out with Ruthy, the very first time I spoke with her I was sort of upset from the accident actually very upset, I had my truck for 2 weeks and a man made a left turn in front of me and I t-boned him and he had no insurance, driving a Lexus SUV! Who drives the Lexus SUV with no freaking insurance!!!! It was a few weeks after the accident when I spoke with Ruthie, and I haven't even spoke with a lawyer yet. Ruthie with her voice totally calmed me down, I don't know what it was about her but she just totally soothed me and made me feel very comfortable, just a sweet sweet person! I didn't need to speak with any other lawyers. I knew at that time that I was going to hire Pemberton law! Whenever I needed to speak with them they were there, any questions I had they answered, everything was very very smooth! I even told Ruthie I said when I get upset because you calmed me down so quickly is it okay if I call you the next time I get upset and she said absolutely, if you need to talk by all means give me a call! I know that she is not my psychiatrist, but the offer was there if I needed it! I would not call every time I got upset, but if I had questions about my accident I would definitely be able to call her and she would explain any questions that I had to the fullest! So I would tell anyone that I know that was in an accident I would definitely refer them to Pemberton law! because they totally care about the people they are representing from start to finish! The staff is also very courteous and helpful if the person I need to talk to is not there!
