We had hail damage on my house. Roof, siding and gutters needed repair or replacement. I chose Pechacek because they were local, good feedback from neighbors, and because Chris told me they could help with all three needs. Their roof quote was a little higher but I was ok because I believed they would see all of it through. They even expedited my roof repair because I would be underinsured until it was done. They did a fine job on my roof. Crew was timely, cleaned up well and they seemed to have done great work! Also, the office followed up with insurance to be sure I got the best settlement. This would have been a five star review, however like others have indicated, I was ghosted when it came to gutter and siding repair. I asked about it several times. I was led on or ignored. In the end I was convinced they never intended to help with these less profitable tasks. Pains me to write this. Wish they would have been more forthright. I found a contractor to do the gutters, but learned nobody wants to do siding repair. My problem is only partially resolved.

My opinion is based on an ongoing situation we are dealing with. The company representative was fabulous when we met to talk about our project. They got us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time. The work crew was professional, worked quickly but thoroughly, and we are pleased with the roof that was installed. The price was very fair. However, we contracted for gutters and siding to be installed as well as a roof. Unfortunately, despite many attempts to reach the representative we have been working with, we have had no updates on where we are on the second part of our project. We have been trying for 4 months to have somebody familiar with our project contact us. We feel pretty disappointed in the customer service. Thank goodness we have not had an issue with the work they have already done, because we fear we would not be able to get a remedy if they won't even call or email us back. When I ask around for an alternative company to work with, I always get Pechacek's as the recommendation, they are well respected in the community and I am sure they are usually great to work with. But that hasn't been our experience at this point.

Brian was so honest and helpful from the very beginning. The bid was very reasonable. His crew did a fantastic job on the new roofing and did our whole house in a day. The cleanup was done so well I had nothing to pickup. From beginning to end, this company is very professional, hard working, and cares for the customer.

Great people to work with. I called several local roofers with very little luck even getting anyone to show up. Dan came by and was very personable and very professional. Later he returned with the owner Brian and we explored my options. Neither being pushy I felt these were the right people for the job. They did an amazing job replacing my roof. And bonus points for finding a hole in the siding I didn't know was up there and taking care of it. They even came back to level out my gutters which was causing an ice dam at no charge. It wasn't an issue they created, but they fixed it anyways. I will use them again if the need arises and recommend them to anyone.

Brian did an excellent job of explaining his customer service model and his commitment to ensuring we would be pleased with the quality of work completed. I wanted to wait for a year before submitting my review as we had been experiencing issues with our roof prior to bringing Brian and his team in. Pehacek's GC was great, local company to do business with. I worked with Jeff & Chris in processing a roof insurance claim. They did a thorough job explaining the process, options, and were there for any questions along the way. Outstandingly CLEAN work by their crew. Dumpster was there, the roof replaced, and the project completed in less than 24 hrs. If you want a company that is there for you through the entire process (from insurance claim to repair completion) Pahacek's is THE company to choose.

After a December wind event I needed help our insurance company sent third party consultants from Texas twice I asked Brian if he could be present of the roof with the second consultant he said he was happy to help! We discovered our insurance company was worthless. I retired after forty three years in construction, and recognized I needed a professional Brain was my first choice. He help guide us through the best way to protect our home investment. We decided on a complete removal and replacement he promptly scheduled the project and his team professionally and safely completed the entire project in one day including cleanup.
