Peak Construction built my wife’s and my home during COVID, not an ideal time to construct a new home, especially one on a very challenging Foothills lot. The quality of work was impeccable, timely and as hassle free as one would hope.

Not ony was the construction performed in accordance with architectural specifications, but throughout the process Peak proposed some excellent additional improvements and/or changes that improved upon the original design. Amazingly contrary to my wife’s and my experiences, costs were managed within budget and there were no overruns of any import. An amazing result under the most difficult circumstances.

Over the past three years since our home was constructed, we have had plumbers, electricians and HVAC service people at the home for annual inspections. We have had no problem with the construction, fixtures or appurtenances; my wife and I lean on being overly proactive to ensure all equipment, wiring, etc is functioning as expected. In each such service area, the applicable service inspector has commented (without our prompting) on how professionally the house and all appurtenances were constructed, installed and/or fitted. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our experience with Peak Construction.
