Why do the so called management not keep in touch with disturbances caused by other co-worker's that they work with disturbing tenants after a reported incident was reported? They act like they're the victim. (Update) Still waiting for this situation to be resolved why nobody has no concerns about the violence in the building as well as on the outside of the building ? This is too much work for me. Bullying is wrong and should be taken seriously the police have been notified but the management continuously changes the staff or ignored the reports as discrimination movement against persons with disabilities. There was a manager who was trying to allow me to move forward to another location but unfortunately the other so called secretary was uncomfortable with me against violence. I don't know why this kind of dispute is ongoing ignored by me being the victimized for minding my own business not bothering anybody but treated like trash

I live there a year an got hurt in there apt one of There factory window fell out slam me on the head knocked me out!!!! Had to have knee replacement cause it damaged my artificial I already have!!!!! An had to have hip worked on revision an that didn’t work so hip dislocated 3 times in a month so an other hip replacement also!!!! When I called they came an replaced clip on window !!!! An basicly they laughed at me an I was hurt bad I’m going to pt for my head neck an have pain an headaches everyday an they did nothing but tell us to move an not rehome us I’m still homeless cause of them !!!! they’re the worst place I ever lived… a lot of wrong going there an no one does anything to help me I’m also disabled please don’t move there I have proof of everything!!! I’m very disappointed that they only care for some individuals!!!!! They need to be watch !!! Putting us in housing court an now I found out they said we got evicted but not true they asked us to move during Covid-19’s I’m sick to my stomach an in pain everyday Also this is Whitney carriage in Leominster I’m referring tooo!!!!

They set up this new automated voice system makes it absolutely impossible to get in contact with someone. I've left voice mails over my bathroom sink issues that's been going on for weeks to months. The maintenance staff keep doing the same thing and this new person started blaming me for letting hair go down the drain but how many times in a few weeks would cause seweg to back into my sink?! I took pictures and showed it to the maintenance worker and he kept gas lighting me saying it was my hair. He refuses tp admit there could be a worse case scenario for my sink issues. That I had to have multiple maintenance emergencies in the last 3 to 4 weeks. Water started to fill my sink when the faucet was off.

I wish I could give 0 stars This company along side Braintree Village apartments constantly tries to increase rent to force section 8 users out. This company is also lacks extreme empathy and fairness with vehicles towed off their property. I have lived here for over 8 years and starting this year my car was towed for my registration not matching the address when I’m clearly on the lease! My car was then registered and insured to my Braintree village address and was towed for not obtaining a sticker in time when they are barely in office! This is after they had maintenance going around taking pictures of vehicles and sending the pictures to the tow drivers of which cars to tow which is absurd when you actually live here! Now having a sticker for the past few months and they have a copy of my license and registration and again I am on a lease, I had my windshield replaced for the crack on my windshield and I wake up this morning to my car being towed again! Because they are unsuccessful in forcing people out their properties new tactic “policy” is to harass the people and make it difficult to keep their own vehicles on the property.

Very greedy company, they come into communities under the guise of making affordable housing, then when the building is built and ready to be moved in to you quickly find out there property is anything but affordable. 2k for a studio is shameful. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Dont let them in your community.
