We renovated our downtown theater and Peabody Construction was instrumental in the completion of the project within our budget and timeline.
Jesse was very professional and his workmanship exceeded our expectations. Throughout the project he would provide options for us to consider, that would save money and at the same provide more than we expected. In addition to the quality of his work, his honesty and genuine concern, that we got the most we could get, was always apparent.

If I could give Peabody Construction a 10 Star review I would!!!!! Jesse and His Crew were fantastic!!! I had major water damage, Even before the insurance company authorized the repairs, Peabody Construction fixed the leak. It was a very labor intensive repair, The crew showed up every morning at 8am sharp for 3 months. They were so professional and hardworking, No cussing, No complaining, Just professionalism. The quality of work is awesome, My home is better then new ( Matter of fact it is new) and beautiful. Thank You Peabody Construction.

We had a leak in our kitchen and needed a remodel. Jesse went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. It was really nice to have someone safe, professional, knowledgeable and reliable in our home. We have known Jesse Peabody for 4yrs. We met Jesse through a mutual friend. He built our rental home 3yrs. ago on our existing property. From the very beginning, we knew we made the right decision in hiring Peabody Construction. His commitment to detail in his work was evident immediately. It was as if he was building his own home. We have since made other recommendations to people because of the quality of his work. You won't find a more reliable and honest person! Five plus stars.

Peabody Construction has completed a number of projects for my wife and I from simple to major. Over the span of several years Jessy has hung mirrored closet doors and a new master tub during a remodel, a new roof for a garage, a shed roof tied into the house, several new internal and external doors and a major construction project converting a large garage into a beautiful one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom. That last required drawings, permits, and sub contracting with all energy calculations and approvals. Jessy provides the best estimates based on materials selected, and has always made his schedules. He's been tolerant of changes, flexible and has been a pleasure to work with. We have recommended him to several friends and neighbors.

Peabody Construction did a bathroom remodel for our disabled son. He was professional, he finished the job when expected, and had good communication. We also used him to lay our hardwood flooring. Would definitely recommend him!

I can't fully express all the positive qualities Jesse Peabody and his crew exhibited during the almost total destruction of our rental home due to an arson fire. He was always professional. He worked with us as we interacted with our insurance company and was available at all times via phone calls or email. He went beyond what most contractors would do to add extras, which he called " Eye Candy ". All materials he used were of standard or above standard quality. Workmanship was of good quality paying attention to details. You might ask , "Would I hire him again?" In a minute, and without question. I would also say you can't go wrong hiring this, people person, contractor.

Cant say enough how much we appreciate jesse!... i am avid fan of mike holmes who educates on getting good contractors! And Jesse is one of those! Honest, thorough, professional, and his work is excellent! Every year he has helped us with home projects and i never have to worry because i know will be done right and beautiful!! Peace of mind is worth so much!
