Their crews cause a car crash today. They driving on the shoulder on the other side of the barrels, then turned through the barrels into the traffic lane, without stopping or yeilding, forcing me to slam on my brakes and getting rear ended. I managed to not hit them. They backed their pickup back behind the barrels and I moved my car to the should. The other car was wrecked and had to be towed.
The crew then checked on the other driver after a couple minutes, then talked amongst themselves for several minutes before getting back in the pickup and crossing the lane to continue what they were doing.
The crew ended up lying, saying they were parked behind the barrels and that the other driver was on their phone because when they checked on her she was texting her husband about what happened.
They probly wont face any liability because I managed to stop before hitting them.
