Lived here for a year and has been nothing but a dream. Everyone is so friendly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I do wish they had covers over the play structures at the park. My kids cannot go the park when it's over 85° because the structure is too hot to play on. I have only been to the main pool at the clubhouse. I love that they have a kiddie pool and quiet pool for those who want to swim with less noise and splashes. I don't think we will ever move from this neighborhood. Love it here.

This is a great community to live it. Lots of amenities, well maintained homes and surrounding common areas. Parks and green belts, magnificent trees and landscaping to enjoy. Well run and financially solid HOA.

If you are looking for a great apartment to live in at Temecula, you can stop now. The Vineyards are awesome and I loved the two years I was there. Close to grocery stores, shops, and gyms, the location is excellent! The staff is nice, professional, and courteous. Big shout out to Noreen and Lynn who are always there to assist any residents who have issues.

Good prices on many items. Not much variety. Cashiers main goal is to get you out as quickly as possible. Not the friendliest Cashiers, except for Kevin. Feel pressured to have payment ready.

John Thorpe of Walter Mgt and the Board President Rick are terrible leaders. They do not have the residents best interest in mind. In January an HOA tree fell from the hoa property into our yard. The hoa will not pay for damages to personal property, only to the common fence. They claim an act of God. Beware residents, they will spend more money on legal opinions, to not pay for damage their tree caused.. We need to replace our management company and board president. Our board, Rick, Sharon and Marion need to go!
