I have a second home in Scottsdale which my wife and I purchased in late 2022. I don't recall how I found Mark, but from our very first meeting I detected he was a true professional. He reconfigured a toilet room in our Main Bathroom in order to install a bidet.
The room had to have its opening moved over about 19" in order to pass inspection. He built the new wall, created the new opening and replaced flooring where needed. He had to be precise otherwise the inspector would not approve the work, and he was. Now, that opening seems as if it was always in place and my wife appreciative. Immediately upon finishing this he repaired and repainted drywall for after an electrician had to do some rewiring on a chandelier he had installed. Again, Mark was up to the task making it appear brand new.
Lastly, we were not there while he was working but he constantly be in touch showing progress.

When I called Mark of Major Makeovers LLC, I had been looking for over 3 years to find someone of his expertise in the valley. I had just under 1600sq ft of tile I needed installed in the downstairs of my home. It was challenging because I also wanted to get electric radiant heat flooring installed under the tile, while remaining in the house. That is where Mark went above and beyond what I expected, breaking the job into sections, installing the membrane, and being extra careful with the wires when installing the tiles and accommodating my need to remain in the house during the installation. I have gotten so many compliments on my tile floors, with some touching it thinking it’s real wood planks. I very highly recommend Major Makeovers for an excellent tiling job. Mark was fantastic! He was very professional. He asked me a lot of questions and made sure I understood the process. He made design suggestions and listened to what I wanted. He came on time and even called when he was on the way to let me know his ETA. He was very neat. He covered the countertops and walls near the backsplash and covered the patio floor where he did the cutting. There was never any dust or mess. He was very personable and easy to work with. He worked me in to his schedule when I told him I had company coming and wanted the backsplash done before they came. The price was right. The backsplash turned out exactly like I wanted. I would definitely hire him again.

Mark at Major Makeovers LLC did an Exceptional job on the installation of tile in our master bathroom. He spent extra time with us to provide consultation and advice regarding the install options, since our travertine had unique patterns. In addition, he provided excellent suggestions regarding our master bedroom remodel. He paid attention to every detail along the way and was very thorough.

He explained the whole process in detail including many nuanced details about installing backsplash tiles that I would have never thought of on my own. He came out, caught a defect in the tile I bought that I missed and immediately brought to my attention. I was impressed with his attention to detail throughout the whole process.
