Russ came recommended to my husband and I many years ago. He has beautifully and professionally completed several jobs for us. We recently recommended him and his lovely wife to our son who recently bought his first house. Russ promptly gave a fair estimate for painting the entire interior of the house (including cathedral ceilings). He and his wife are prompt, easy to communicate with, very neat and precise with the painting and do a beautiful job! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again ourselves!

Russ came recommended by a very highly regarded business person and friend. He came and gave an estimate quickly, scheduled us a time slot to have all of our interior doors painted. He came as promised, did an outstanding job and offered offered his services to do any touchups as needed.

I had Russ replace my front porch with composite decking. Russ is a nice individual, but was disorganized as a contractor. He did not measure my deck properly, therefore we over purchased in materials initially. There were a bevy of other little issues that occurred which I will not mention. Looking back, his contract was not itemized, when it should've been. He conflated materials costs with labor. When the project was done, I paid Russ and he left without saying good bye. Even as a courtesy, he didn't ask if we were satisfied with our project.

I walked on the porch and found the steps weren't screwed down so one of the planks fell off. We had to screw it ourselves. These are the little things that Russ overlooked. This was not a good experience and I would not recommend this contractor.

I have had Russ paint almost every room in my house plus a deck. He not only did a fantastic job, he always showed up when he said he would, worked until it was done. Once he even worked on Sunday because we had some family showing up unexpectedly so he finished before they arrived. That was above and beyond and was so appreciated at the time. He was a delight to do business with and have recommended him every chance I get.

I chose Russ Wright from Paint it wright based on who referred me to him. I have the utmost respect for the realtor who suggested him based on personal experience and there were a few others I didn’t know but they were also impressed. I heard words like professional, fast, easy to work with, and I’d hire him again.

Russ was able to get us about ten days later or so and he estimated the time he would need down to the minute. We removed everything from the walls, and that was a horrible job. Getting it all back up was no picnic, either. Because everything was going back to the same place with a few exceptions I only had to remove nails and screws from areas we wanted patched and painted. That made the job go faster and it was a brilliant move.

Russ and his partner arrived Wednesday morning at 9:00 and when they left around 4:00 the upstairs was done. The next day they returned at 9:00 and completed the kitchen and small bath downstairs and the dining room and did one coat on the office and living room walls. They also painted all of the ceilings. On Friday they were back at 9:00 and gone before noon and the house was done.

Everything everyone said about Paint It Wright was correct and then some. One of the colors we chose didn’t look at all like what we thought it would. He called me in just to confirm I liked it. There was one room that just needed a color match and he used a little gadget computer and the next day it was obvious the color was way off. So we did it the old-fashioned way by paper samples and he ran by and swapped it out. Every step of the way he made sure I was happy with the colors. I seriously could not have asked for a better team or outcome.

I had Russ and a woman come in to paint my home living room, kitchen, and dining room walls and ceiling. I believe they did a inadequate job of painting - very rush in & rush off. I had to apply another coat on some walls and touch up quite a few edges. There was some paint left on trim and wall plates. However, the price I paid for the work was about fair for the quality received. Next time I would pay more for a better job with someone else so I don't have to finish the job.

Just paid them over $4000 to paint the interior of my house and trim in my kitchen , bath and backhall. The paint on the trim is chipping away to reveal the dark wood underneath, looks horrible. He painted after a plasterer and instead of wiping off the plaster before painting or letting me I know I needed to, he painted over it so there are chunks of plaster painted into a large amount of my trim. He does not stand behind his work. Initially great to work with, I even paid him before the job was finished because he was in a predicament with his van and promised he would make sure I was 100% satisfied (yes I know, my own stupid fault for trusting people). He also set paint cans on my brand new butcher block counter tops right after they were put in and scratched them all up. I am currently in the promise of getting a lawyer and taking him to court. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
