Had issues before where I had ordered a sweat shirt and jacket from them. Wasn’t able to get an answer for the longest time.

Owner, Kaleb Pagel, took time out of his weekend to solve my issue, not only did he solve my issue, he went above and beyond with customer satisfaction.

I watch Pagel Services on YouTube, and they exemplify a great landscaping company. Their work is great. It isn’t fake it’s real. Kaleb and his team get WAY too much hate from people that don’t even own businesses for no reason. You don’t often see vulnerability and honestly from YouTubers in this content category and that’s not easy. Keep up the great work and content Kaleb and Pagel team!

Nice to see an owner who is not full of crap. Expects a days work for a days pay and is very generous to his crew. I love that Caleb doesn't do anything half-assed and doesn't settle for sub par work. Great lesson for young guys... take care of your equipment, buy used when you can and lead by example.

Always do a fantastic job at reasonable rates!
Recently Pagel Services removed huge shrubs, planted grass, and cleaned out an area and replanted with some beautiful plants. I am so impressed. Everything was to perfection. Also, all their employees are friendly and work their butt's off. Big THANK YOU!
Also, big shout out to my guys that mow every week, John and Eric. They do a fantastic job every single time!
