A friend had some beautiful remodel work done by Pacifico, and we asked who did the work. That is how we met Ismael, owner of Pacifico Construction in Novato. He and his team just completed removing an old range hood, installing a sleek new one, and replacing tile since the new hood is smaller in height than the old. The work is absolutely beautiful. He also made a mantel for the fireplace. We showed him pics of what we wanted, and then he built a template for us to approve, and had the cabinet guys come to our home with the actual mantle once it was made, to make sure that the fit was perfect before they stained it. They brought oak wood samples with 3 different black stains, light to dark, to choose from so that we would be happy with the color. Oh, and let me mention that our front door sticks and for 25 years. We have had at least 3 different people work on it over the years, and all told us that they fixed it, but it continued to stick. I asked Ismael to look at it, and...he fixed it!

I had Pacifico remodel my master bathroom in San Rafael. The work is immaculate, with especially clean lines and smooth transitions between surfaces. The tile work in particular is excellent. The house's existing studs framing is uneven, but they were able to straighten out the wall lines to get perfectly flat surfaces. Overall high end work.

Their foreman Ismael was easy to work with, and has a very professional approach. He was always polite and punctual, and kept a clean worksite. He was quick to respond to questions or concerns, and always had good solutions to unexpected situations. His primary concern is getting the job done right.

I'll continue using Pacifico Construction for future remodels, and absolutely recommend their services.
