If I was, I would
NOT do business or recommend my friends or family after your Sales Rep came to my home for a recent estimate and so-called consultation!
She was very unprofessional, rude, and abrupt. She didn't even smile one time the whole 15 minutes (if that) when she was here in my home.
I was hoping for some kind of consultation and got absolutely nothing from her. I asked questions and still received no answers or suggestions.
We have been remodeling our home the past few years and have met and welcomed many Sales Reps and contractors into our home... all very pleasant and professional!
This is the first time in all my life I was treated rudely and in my own home.
Maybe Donna was having a bad day or should consider another line of work that doesn't require a smile or acknowledgement of someone in their own home. I felt maybe she felt my home was not worth her trouble
Just want all to know I did not appreciate her attitude!
Needless to say we never got past step one and I cannot give a
review on P&J's quality of work or products.
Customer service comes first no matter how much the cost. If this was a free promotion I would not do business with someone like Donna and will not recommend P&J Windows to family, friends or anyone!!

I wanted a shutter estimate which was easily scheduled. Donna was on time BUT at my door, she didn't introduce herself or greet me...just pushed past me to my living room! I've never been pushed around in my own house!!! I was shocked! She was curt and rude. She told me I couldn't have shutters on some of my windows due to architecture, and THEN gave me an estimate for the same shutters that a minute ago she said I could not have and wouldn't explain that. She did not describe the product and SIGHED when I asked info about it. They may have a good product but Donna puts them in a terrible light. She probably thinks she's being "efficient" but she's flat out rude, bordering on aggressive. The smell of cigarettes was so strong on her that I had to spray and open windows to clear it after she stomped out. Never again. They have to have a better salesperson than her. If you get an estimate, specify no Donna.

They matched new shutters perfectly to our 15 year old wooden shutters, for our bare windows.. From the estimator to the installer, all went smoothly and efficiently. We were especially pleased how they covered the very unusual size and shaped windows we had. We were not surprised that the original owner of our home (we bought it recently) hadn't done it. Not many window covering company's can handle that challenge. We heartily recommend P &J Custom Window C coverings in Fresno.

Five stars, 10 out of 10, or A+, whatever your rating system P&J earned the best score from us. From our initial call to repair an older shutter, to installing 3 new Legacy shutters in our dining room we are very pleased with the new look and operation of these shutters. They are hinged so we can swing them fully open and they are split horizontally so we can open just the top or bottom. Sales associate Donna was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all the options available. Custom shutters were ready earlier than promised. Installer Dillon called to let us know when he was on his way. He was very polite, professional and completed the installation without any problems. We can highly recommend P&J.
