Not impressed with the level of service. First of all the doctor I had an appointment with was not there. Instead I met with an intern. This lead to three people in the room during my examination, which was uncomfortable. In addition, I had to tell them they did not order my urinalysis or mammogram. I'm sure there not working on the pre-authorization needed either, since they never scheduled another appointment. Now they calling in prescriptions for me and never went over lab work. Very unprofessional and leaves me wondering if I should trust them with my health.

They don't even deserve 1 star! It seems to me that Dr. Joseph could care less about her patients. She does'nt know why you are there half the time (never prepared for your visit). Rarely ever calls you or emails you your test results, and can be rude most of the time. I've been a patient here for a while putting up with this, and have seen this office go downhill fast. The office is run down and you wait up to an hour or more to be seen. I'm finding a better Doctor, and writing this review so that you won't have to waste your time here like I did.

This office just called me to schedule and appointment. First of all they didn't have any appointment until 6 months from now. Then the receptionist put me on hold for like 5 minutes just tell me they couldn't schedule me because I had a previous no show. I realized that was from 6 years ago when I made my prenatal appointment that they were going to make me wait forever for as well. Get yourself together before you call people

Never go here. I had a bad experience with the nurse who gave me a flu shot. She damaged my arm muscle because she shot it too high in the arm. I was barely able to pick up my new born.

My advice to my pregnant friends, don’t go to the OBGYN Gill group on California st. I never once saw the same doctor twice, I turned in my maternity leave paperwork before my almost 3 week next appointment and I was already 36 weeks by then.... they never sent it in... that was 3 weeks lost, and it takes 3 weeks to be processed... they just turned the paperwork in last week... my delivery doctor yesterday DID NOT come in till I was at the very last part of my pushing and labor... I was forced to wait 2 EXTRA HOURS to start pushing, I was ready way before then and it caused problems with my delivery and baby... that was an absolute mistake to go there and I know I’m not the only mama who has had troubles there... definitely big advice for y’all 🙏🏼
Ps. Here is a comment from one of my friends: “The worst OBGYN ever! My baby got sick because of them as well! Too many doctors in that place that don't know what's going on. They even made my entire pregnancy a nightmare!”

I have never had an issue here. Doctors, nurses and staff are all wonderful. Very helpful. Quick to be seen. Dr. Penissi delivered both my son's. I was always comfortable here. And Dr. Hurlbut is a wonderful gynocologist. She is funny and nice and super easy going and wonderful at her job.

Love the drs but hate the receptionist! The appointment receptionist acts so miserable! Every time I get a drs note or schedule an appointment she acts like it’s a hassle I’m sorry you’re old & chose to be a receptionist making minimum wage! Pick a new career path!!!
