Shahar and his crew did such a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. We interviewed several contractors when deciding who to use for the job and he stood out from the first meeting.

He was continually present at the site while work was being done, and worked with me and my girlfriend to solve every issue as it came up (don’t fool yourself, issues always come up during a remodel!).

We are so happy with our kitchen and were impressed by the level of professionalism from all members of his crew.

We bought a 1941 home and did a full interior rehab including moving walls around to dramatically reshape rooms, added a bathroom, new floors, full kitchen reno, etc. Shahar and his crews are punctual, detailed, precise, creative and helpful. Shahar helped us firm up our vision, achieve our objectives, and manage cost. The delivery of the work was excellent. Estimated time was 75 days (for a full gut!). We finished in 90 and that included some extra time to do additional work (like replacing ancient heat ducts while the ceiling was open). We're 100% satisfied with our experience and would work with Shahar again without hesitation.

We had a great experience working with Shahar. Living two hours away from the project, we needed someone we could trust to get the job done in our absence and chose Shahar because he listened well, took detailed notes at every meeting, and showed great organization skills. He also had a plumbing background which was vital for the changes we needed at the house. The demo revealed a few problems so the project took longer than expected, but we realized that possibility going in. Shahar understood our vision, listened to our ideas, but also didn't hesitate to add his expert advice, helping us to make the right choices and keeping us from making costly mistakes. He also led us to suppliers who helped us work within our budget. During the project, we met many of his subs and found them just as friendly and helpful. The whole time we felt a good vibe from Shahar's team and a lot of mutual respect. At the end, everyone worked quickly to get all the little details finished and completed to our liking. No project is without issues but it's how a company deals with those issues that counts the most and we found this to be one of Shahar's strengths.

Overall, the project went smoothly and we attribute it to the constant communication we had with Shahar and his willingness and desire to create something of quality. We've had nothing but compliments from all who have entered the house. We would definitely work with Shahar again.

We used Overland to re-do two bathrooms in our home. We were very happy with the work and we love the results. Shahar and his team were easy to work with. We had a delay with our tile trim due to supply chain issues but they were very cooperative and worked around the delay. We also appreciate that they were very responsive to punch list items and were genuinely interested in making us happy rather than just moving on to the next job. We heartily recommend Overland for the quality of the work, the ease of the project, and the responsiveness. And of course, most of all, for the results -- two beautiful new bathrooms that are great additions to our home!

Overdue review, but I wanted to leave 5 stars for Shahar and his team! Earlier this year, we needed to remove a load bearing wall between two rooms to open it up into a large room. Shahar was so nice and so professional from the beginning. Dealing with contractors is often not a great experience because you don't know who you can trust or who would do a good job, there are lot's of people after your money without actually solving your problem. But, I have to say, this is a guy you can absolutely trust with your project. He has such integrity from the little things I noticed throughout the project, and he always kept me up to date on progress. He's on my list of go-to guys for home construction needs because once you find someone who does honest hard work, you can't let them go in LA.

He was very professional and knowledgeable, I told him what I wanted and he took it from there. He gave great advice and suggestions. The kitchen came out beautiful. My husband and I used Overland Remodeling to add a master bedroom/bath to our 2 bedroom house. Working with Shahar and his team was a really wonderful experience. There weren't any surprises and everything went very smoothly - which was so important as we had a newborn and toddler at home at the time!
