Outdoor Pros did an excellent job on the redoing of our pool. This is not the first time we used them. We actually used them a year ago to refurbish a pool at another house, that needed a lot of fixing. They did an excellent job on that pool and they came through again for us on this second pool fix. The owner, David is always easy to talk to . He goes out of his way to help his customers. He is able to take something that seems complicated , like refurbishing a pool, and he simplifies it in a way that makes the job much more relaxing for the customer. He takes on all the responsibility of setting up appointments and making sure that different groups come out to do the job at set times. He is constantly available to his customers if they have questions about things in regards to their pool .His workers are all very dependable. The people he works with are all very good at their job and quite tidy and efficient. Everybody works very hard to do a good job and they work very well together as a team. We decided to go with David again on the second pool job because we had such a pleasant experience, the first time around. As usual, he really went out of his way again ,to make it easy for us and the job actually got done very very very quick and without much stress. David is a perfect businessman to do business with because he loves what he does. He cares about his customers and he cares about providing a quality product for his customers.Thank you David, and thanks to all the people who work for you that helped us. if I ever need help in the future refurbishing another pool, you’ll be the guy that we call to help us get the job done. We would recommend you to anybody who needed to refurbish a pool or build a pool. Thanks for your excellent service. 🙂

I HIGHLY recommend Outdoor Pros! I've heard so many horror stories with projects like this, and my wife and I feel like we won the lottery with David and his team. We just completed a massive backyard project , which included a pool, pavers, LED lights, outdoor kitchen, gas and electrical work, and turf. From start to finish David was an absolute professional, operated with integrity, and so easy to communicate with. He completed everything according to his initial timeline which was amazing to witness, and anytime a problem came up, he just said "I'll take care of it" . David and the team at Outdoor Pros did a fantastic job with our pool project. We had an idea for the design and they were able to bring it to life beautifully. The project moved quickly and David was always personally present for the inspections with the city to make sure things went smoothly.

One of the most impressive things were the experts who did the work at every stage of the project. The rebar team was excellent. We had a complicated spa design and it works perfectly. The tile work was done with care. When we installed the plaster and micropebble surface, the folks at Outdoor Pros took care of all the details. They added tile details to the stairs and all of the drains were covered with the same finish to make sure they didn't stand out.

David was a good problem solver and was hands on until the project was complete, including small adjustments and details at the very end of the project. Everything turned out great.

We just finished redoing our backyard with Outdoor Pros and we couldn't be happier. Before our yard was very not functional and we wanted to create a space where our kids could run around and enjoy the yard. We also wanted a yard where we could have parties and entertain. We met with many different companies and from the get go David and his team at Outdoor Pros understood our wants and needs. David not only listened to what we wanted but he made his own suggestions as well which we appreciated. The price was also very competitive. Dana, the designer, and David gave us a beautiful design that included everything we asked for and more. Not only that but the entire project was done in under a month! We have had friends over who are completely shocked at the transformation in such a short time. It was a lot of work too: They demo'd the old yard, installed turf, installed concrete, put in stepping stones and ground lighting, built a pergola for us with recessed lighting and a fan and built a gorgeous bar. They also helped us install our shelves and tv even though that wasn't in the original agreement. In fact, they went above and beyond many times and really made sure we were happy every step of the way. There were times we had to pivot and change the design because of unforeseen issues and David was flexible and offered great solutions. He was always on site making sure the project was moving along and that everything was done right. We love our new yard and we couldn't recommend Outdoor Pros enough!

Outdoor Pros and specifically Gil, David and their team were absolutely amazing! From start to finish Gil guided us through the project. From our first meeting through completion Gil left no stone unturned and found a solution to every small hiccup or obstacle. We redid our entire back and side yard and put in a pool. We were guided on everything from design, to material selection, moving a/c's, fixing our fences all in an extremely timely, affordable and efficient manner. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a beautiful and timely result! This was the best contractor we have ever worked with and would call them again for any future outdoor projects!
