Omer and his team at A Plus are a real class act: professional and knowledgable.

Omer was recommended by a neighbor, who had nothing but good things to say and could not wait to show off their house.

I was forced to redo my kitchen on a tight budget after a slab leak, I was afraid Ores would come in way over on price because of their quality reputation.
Omer was sensitive to my budget constraints while offering creative solutions to make my kitchen more functional for our family.

Omer and his team did a great job reinforcing a cut attic beam in our attic. Omer and his crew show up on time and work efficiently. Even for our small job, Omer made several trips to our house to make sure the job was done right and up to his standards. Omer is honest, doesn’t try to upsell you on anything, is realistic about expectations, a good communicator and overall just a good person. Price was fair and competitive and the work was competed under the quoted timeframe. I would recommend Ores Construction. We will definitely use Ores Construction again for future projects on our home.

After interviewing multiple contractors for our house remodeling project. We have chose to go with Ores construction because of Omer. He was very knowledgeable , creative and came accords trustworthy. He explained exactly what the steps that were needed and helped us throughout the whole process,Passed all inspections and was always on top of things.

I’ve hired Omer twice. Once in 2017 to remodel a bedroom, a laundry room, and 2 bathrooms. I recently hired him again in 2023 for a full garage remodel (including electrical upgrade for an EV charger). I’ve had great experiences with him both times. He’s responsive, communicates well, and doesn’t have a bunch of hidden costs. Change orders always happen on every job but I’ve never experienced a major budget bust with him and he’s very reasonable about how he deals with added scope of work. He also has a great “customer first” attitude in dealing with warranty items, touch ups, punch list items, etc…. If you aren’t happy about something he will make it right. I will definitely use him again for future jobs.

Whenever you speak to people about their remodels, all they share is horror stories. Our remodel of our kitchen and downstairs with Ores Construction was as smooth and easy and possible with the result just outstanding!

Omer worked with us every step of the way from the planning and design offering helpful tips on cost, efficiency and aesthetics through the demolition and every step of the construction. Omer was there almost daily to check on the subcontractors and is a perfectionist (noticing imperfections I would have never seen) making them redo things if necessary to get it perfect.

I thing the biggest challenge in a remodel is when things don't go as planned and the unexpected happens. Omer is a problem solver who somehow had an elegant solution to every problem that came up. Just a few examples: When a subcontractor cancelled last minute, he had another one as backup. When the door to the microwave stuck out and hit the cabinet, he figured out how to adjust the cabinet in a way was not even noticeable. When the oven didn't arrive and we needed to get a different one, he was able to adjust the cabinets to fit.

When my friends speak about their remodel horror stories, all I can say is that my experience was just amazing!!

I cannot recommend Omer enough. Before starting a remodel, make sure to speak to Omer first. He is in a whole different league of contractors
