We had a great experience with Optima Fence and Deck for our fence replacement (first two pictures are from after, last three pictures are from before), after recent storms had knocked down one of the sections beyond repair. The entire process from initial contact to project completion only took about a week: I contacted them on a Wednesday, they came out to assess the job the next day, our project got on the schedule for the following Tuesday, and the replacement itself took two days.

Roman did a thorough job assessing the project and prepared a competitive quote. Yakov and his crew worked really hard to complete the project quickly -- I was honestly impressed they were able to do this in two days! The completed fence looks much sturdier and more beautiful than our original fence. Thank you!

I received an estimate from the project manager, Roman, on the same day. Even though I wasn't home for the estimate, Roman understood my goals for this project over the phone.

Two days after the estimate, I accepted the Optima Fence and Deck bid. The company was ready to work the next day. Oleg contacted me with the project overview and completed the fabulous work that day.

Roman and Ilya were great at listening to my needs and explaining the various options. They took detailed notes and measurements using modern software and come up with meticulous plan about the project. Yakov is an amazing builder and was able to complete the fence project within a short period of time and deliver high quality results.
