This company and its owner John Carter, TOOK MONEY FROM US ILLEGALLY. They lost their case against us (Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals case# 14-60072) John Carter refuses to return our $55,000.00 A THIEF IS A THIEF NO MATTER HOW YOU DRESS IT. We are filing a complaint with the California Contractor License Board.
