I would highly recommend One Stop Retrofit Korea Town. They responded quickly to my request for an inspection, arrived on time and were very thorough. The engineer inspector was courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything clearly. We felt the options and suggestions he presented were fair and affordable. We will be earthquake retrofitting our house next month once I receive a bonus from work.

Not only did they provide the best (of 6) competitive bids, but they were able to complete the work in a very timely fashion. We passed inspection with no issues. They kept us informed of what was required at every step, making the whole process smooth and trouble-free. We didn't have to deal with paperwork because they took care of the whole thing.

I found cracks and sticking doors at home and contacted One Stop Retrofit Korea Town for inspection. They came right on time and thoroughly inspected my house to see if there is any concerning sign of foundation issues. After spending over 50 mins for inspection and answering all my questions, he told me that there was no serious foundation issue and suggested cheap ways to fix cracks and sticking doors.
