Steve worked on a very unique project for us, a Caboose renovation, that required a lot of problem solving, outside the box thinking, and creative solutions. Both Steve and Tim were absolutely meticulous to ensure the job was done property and at a very high standard. Steve did a lot of research and found products I would never have been able to find on my own. If I have more projects in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to call Steve for the job.

We are thrilled with the outcome and feel confident that the work they did will stand the test of time. We now have the "Rolls Royce" Caboose within our community! One Room at a Time is an outstanding design build contractor. We hired them for a complete rehab, inside and exterior, of our home. Stephanie took our ideas and incorporated them into unique design detailed drawings. She knows all the ins and outs of construction to make ideas we had buildable. I worked with Stephanie while I build the house. She helped us with cabinet drawings initially. We were impressed with her work so we used her services at different level. Initially I did not hire an interior designer as I did not want to go with cookie cutter choices. Stephanie gave us excellent advice whether it was selection of tiles or color or material or design issue. She is an excellent combination of architect, interior design, as well she can help build the product with right contractor. I can recommend her for any project related to house.
