Dear Allison,

I'm writing to let you know that I'm extremely grateful to you for helping me get the apartment! I'm super excited and it's all because of you. I received the email and I'll be signing up to the club and setting everything up to be ready for my move-in on November 25th. It's still 2 months away but I'll get it all done so I can have a smooth transition in.

Outstanding experience!

Recently moved into One Lincoln Plaza and my girlfriend and I are so happy with this place.
The building is superb with exceptional concierge service at hand 24/7. Clean and luxurious with excellent amenities. Amazing rooftop views from both decks.
Krystal, Eric, and Gary from the leasing team have all been extremely helpful, quick to respond, and are a pleasure to work with. From the initial apt viewing to the contract signing, to moving in, they have been very accommodating in all aspects. Ernest in maintenance is there for you on anything. The front desk and concierge are especially kind and helpful in so many ways. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. Feel like we are living in a 5-star hotel.

I recently moved into this building and had a very positive experience. From the initial tour to the contract process and moving day, everything went smoothly and quickly. Allison was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my move was as smooth as possible. I've also met a few of the other residents in the building and they all seem to really love it here. Many of them have lived here for a long time, which is a testament to how great this building is. So far, all of the systems in the building have been working well and I'm very happy with my decision to move here.

From our first email, Steffanie guided us through every step, big and small, was incredibly responsive to every inquiry, and beyond helpful in coordinating our move. Once we arrived, every one on site from the leasing office to the doormen were welcoming, courteous, and went out of their way to assure we instantly felt at home.

Although we have not yet moved in, I wanted to review the leasing process and the general state and finish of our new home. I can say hands down the management company is one of the best and most well-organized ones I’ve ever dealt with. Allison Gross-Grueber was also extremely helpful and professional, assisting us in our apartment search and during the lease signing process. Finally, in terms of the actual unit, even though the building is from the 70s, it has been thoroughly renovated. The apartment is spotless and the finishes are actually high quality.

Perhaps one of the most conscientious and helpful Managing Agents I have ever worked with. He assisted me with tenants that were renting an apartment from my owner and were under very heavy time constraints. He was polite, professional and was able to get them approved in 48hrs. He is a credit to Ogden Cap Properties and I wish him much success in his years ahead in Real Estate.
