**Extremely Disappointed with the Service**

I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On two separate occasions, the technician was 2-3 hours late. I was initially told the process would take 4-5 hours, which I understood, but when things went wrong, the technician became defensive and disrespectful instead of addressing our concerns professionally.

After the second meeting, our truck was still not finished, and there were significant imperfections. Despite promising to return and fix the issues, I no longer trust that he’ll address them, as some were the same problems we initially pointed out. When I asked for a partial refund due to the incomplete work, I was informed that I’d receive less than half of what I paid — even though the job wasn’t finished. To make matters worse, he told me I couldn't leave a negative review if I wanted this "partial refund." To my shock, he even removed my original review, which is incredibly unprofessional.

This whole situation has been a major letdown. We’re left with a truck that doesn’t meet our expectations, and I feel taken advantage of. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to warn others. I truly hope future clients are treated better than we were. Below are pictures of the truck in its current condition, which we were hoping to surprise our son with.

To clarify, nothing is misleading or inaccurate about the above review or the review my husband left. I am fully aware of the communication that happened between my husband and the technician you sent out. If that is a senior in your company then it is very concerning to know that this is how he handles business. Furthermore, we are pleased to know that an additional police report was filed on your end as one was filed on our end as well. This was NEVER about the money seeing as how your company was paid in full and remains paid in full despite the lack of work completed. We declined to have your company finish the work as the quality at hand is already failing and cannot be trusted to last as described. Unfortunately, this has been made into a dispute over funds when the issue at hand was and still is the unprofessionalism, work ethic, and ability to convey issues without being called derogatory names by your SENIOR PARTNER. If you think it is appropriate for your staff to call someone a bum punk and bring up assumptions that we are unsatisfied and want money back due to having 6 kids and being broke then you are also a part of the problem. Again, as stated in the original review and stated again here, it was never about the money as we paid in full for the services at hand before they were finished, it is about the quality of the work as even now the railings and the bedliner itself are peeling.

I will stand by my original review, this has been reported to the BBB and a report has been filed with our local police department. Thanks for the response and y'all take care.

Great company! They did a very nice job on my Jeep interior and I am thoroughly satisfied with the work. Mobile company so they send an installer right to your home! Excellent communication from start to finish with competitive pricing. The installer was professional, attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. The product and quality exceeds my expectations. So much so that I have already scheduled another project with them. I had some concerns along the way and they were all resolved. It’s a long way out here and there where weather issues to boot. (Hi winds and the dust storm.) I’d say this was a pretty challenging application but the results speak for themselves.

Had Them out to do my 1975 Chevy truck. Did a great job at a great price, so I had him do my 2002 Silverado too. He works hard to make sure you get what you need. I recommend this service to anyone needing a bedliner. Especially nice that they comes to you.
